BMP（骨形態(tài)發(fā)生蛋白）屬于信號蛋白的TGF-β，最初被確定為軟骨和骨形成的蛋白質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié)因子，BMP-7是zuiyouxiao的骨傳導(dǎo)因子。它們還被證明可以調(diào)節(jié)各種細胞類型的生長、分化、趨化性和凋亡，包括間充質(zhì)細胞、上皮細胞、造血細胞和神經(jīng)元細胞。外源性BMP-7促進II型膠原蛋白，聚集聚糖和透明質(zhì)酸的產(chǎn)生。它可以抵消人關(guān)節(jié)軟骨細胞上的白細胞介素-1，并被認為可以維持正常的軟骨細胞穩(wěn)態(tài)。BMP-7被合成為被蛋白水解酶切割的大前體分子。活性形式可以發(fā)現(xiàn)為同源二聚體或異二聚體。
BMPs (Bone Morphogenetic Proteins) belong to the TGF-beta of signaling proteins and were originally identified as protein regulators of cartilage and bone formation, BMP-7 being the most potent osteoconductive factor. They have also been shown to regulate the growth, differentiation, chemotaxis and apoptosis of various cell types, including mesenchymal cells, epithelial cells, hematopoietic cells and neuronal cells. Exogenous BMP-7 promotes enhanced production of collagen type-II, aggrecan and hyaluronan. It can counteract interleukin-1 on human articular chondrocytes and is thought to maintain normal chondrocyte homeostasis. BMP-7 is synthesized as large precursor molecule which are cleaved by proteolytic enzymes. The active form can be found as homodimers or heterodimers.
